General Information

Warranty terms	All products designed by Braindance are covered by a warranty, for one year following the date of manufacture. This warranty covers any defect in the manufacturing of products. The warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction caused by incorrect use – such as, but not limited to; excessive voltage levels, or exposure to extreme temperature. All Braindance modules are protected from reverse polarity using a bulletproof dual MOSFET design. The warranty covers replacement or repair, as decided by Braindance. Please contact customer support (support@braindance-electronics.com) for return authorisation before sending any products back to Braindance. The cost of sending the module is covered by the customer.
Legacy Support	If there is a problem with your device that exceeds the warranty period – Braindance will still offer support as outlined in the warranty terms, however Braindance reserve the right to charge for any parts and labour as required.
Returns	Any device that has a requirement for repair or replacement under the aforementioned warranty needs to be shipped in its original packaging. A reason for return document must be filled out and sent to Braindance. Refunds will be issued to customers where an item is found to be faulty, Braindance cannot take any responsibility for damages caused during transport. Any unsolicited parcel will be rejected and returned. RFR document can be found here.
